Common Inquiries
We know that entrusting your beloved pet to someone else is never easy. Take a look below at our selection of frequently asked questions and answers, and get in touch if we haven’t included the info you need.
What should I bring?
Food - It is required that your dog stays on their current diet to avoid possible stomach upset.
We do not provide food.
Bedding and toys - You may bring your own bedding and toys, or we can provide them. Please note that sometimes your dogs items can be lost or destroyed during boarding.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We provide updates through text or email upon request. We understand how hard it can be to leave your pet, and are happy to keep you updated on how their stay is going!
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, provided you bring your pets food, supplements, etc. We can accommodate anything from a prescription diet, raw diet, etc. We have fridge and freezer space for fresh diets and are happy to do the extra prep work needed.
Is there an extra charge for administering medications?
No, we do not charge you to administer your pets medication. We do not believe the dog owner should be charged extra just because their dog is on medication.
Can I take a tour before I make my reservation?
Absolutely! You can call to schedule a tour.
Can I bring my dog to tour the kennel with me?
No, tours are for people only. we do not offer kennel walk throughs with your dog.
we do however provide a complimentary trial day to see how your dog does in our facility!
Do daycare dogs get fed meals?
No, meals are not included in daycare, with the acceptation of puppies under a year old.
The main reason for this is to prevent bloat - your dogs are here to play and exercise, and if you combine that with a meal it is a huge bloat risk.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and cards.
Please note that card transactions will have a 3% Service charge added.
Do I need to bring my dogs food & water bowls?
No, we provide stainless steel food bowls and water buckets.
